Makes you wonder where the birds go now...what about the egrets--I guess they have plenty of room north, however. I really like the marsh photo.
wow...These images are quite...um...wow...I can see why you are at a loss of words. That must me very draining, not just physically but emotionally as well.

I lived in LA for a couple years 15 years ago. Cameron was a favorite fishing spot of mine. I have many happy memories along the coast, marshes, canals, and even a beach-front restaurant that I bet is no more... I was saddened by the news of Rita destroying that part of the world.
