Hornets
I've been transferring old files from CDs to external hard-drives. I forgot all about this image I made in 2004. In the summer of 2003 I sprayed and killed a colony of hornets in our woodpile. I collected all of the hornets as well as the nest and placed them in the freezer. A few months later I placed them all on the scanner and scanned them. Anyway, I thought I'd share.

Kind of morbid.
I really like the picture, but I have to know...did you keep the bees in your freezer, in the kitchen? Ewwwwww!!!!
Kind of a weird thing to do, but the picture looks good.
I really like the image, but I think I like the lighting you get from your garage set up better.
The scanner gives some funky horizontal shadows that distract me (but I'm kind of picky...).
I like the shot enough that I think you ought to do it again next summer.
Wish I'd thought of it. More wasps/bees would be sweet.
