Photographing with Andy

Andy Duncan, a former student and friend (not a former friend, just a friend) of mine, and I went photographing in the wind and cold this afternoon. Andy wanted to revisit some of the warm water sloughs in the Rexburg area, while I wanted to photograph some general wintry scenes. We had a good time visiting and photographing. The weather was pretty decent, except in Menan where the wind was howling. At the end of the evening the light was pretty spectacular, although I didn't make very good use of it. Here are some photos from today's excursion.

You beat me! I'm still trying to get my snaps fixed. I can't wait to get my film developed.
Oh, and I should have made a few "real" photographs at that one near that potato cellar.

This made me laugh because Theo and I were out photographing in the wind and cold on Saturday too. Ha. You got a lot of great shots!

I love the six trees photo! It feels so peaceful. We use to live in Idaho 20 years ago. It's one of my favorite places on earth. Nice owl shots further down the page.
