I love when they wrap construction projects in plastic during the winter. There are currently a number of construction projects happening on campus right now. This is an addition to the Snow Building.

I think you should take the plastic wrap buildings at night. They look cooler.
I just saw a building that was all wrapped up and was thinking about this series. I forget where it was though.
It is cooler, by about 20 degrees usually.
