Yellowstone
I used to pride myself on the fact that I have never photographed in Yellowstone. I don't know why exactly. Anyway, this summer I've been up three times and have decided I like it up there quite a bit, and should take advantage of living this close. Here are a few images I've made over the last couple of trips.

I remember you telling me with pride that you never photographed inside Yellowstone. Ahhh?!?!.... What is happening to the world! Doesn't anyone have standards anymore? :)
On a lighter note, I am enjoying my free time before schools starts again. Finished class work and am back in to just being dad and teacher. Even updated my blog! (Check it out) No more night and summer school for many years!
I want to thank both you and Brian for all the support you gave me during the last few years. I am very serious...I appreciate have you both as resources and friends. I have come a long way since that night a few years ago; I sat in your backyard having a tizzy about what I was going to do when school started. This year I feel fairly confident about where I will guide kids this coming school year. I still feel like I know nothing about photography but I just plug ahead making and looking at photos.
Anyway, I hope to check out your blog more often.
Guess the time was right to photograph in Yellowstone because these are some of the best. Keep up the good work--we enjoy it so much.
I like your Yellowstone photos.
